Placing the Aligner between the feet keeps the heels further apart and allows for true parallel positioning of the feet and proper engagement of the supporting musculature throughout the body to help maintain the intended position. The Aligner is also used between the knees to activate the muscles and promote proper alignment. Its unique shape allows the Aligner to be used in a vertical or horizontal position depending on the exercise and the user’s needs.

Returns & Cancellations
