The SISSEL Sitfit has a diameter of 33 cm and is particularly suitable for children and young people. This means that even long periods of sitting at the computer and doing homework become healthy back training. The seat cushion is air-filled and available in 3 colors. The seat cushion strengthens back and abdominal muscles by continuously balancing the upper body. This movement keeps intervertebral discs and muscles in shape. Active sitting ensures that muscles contract and relax alternately. The air-filled cushion can also be used for balance training, as well as for leg training and strengthening leg muscles.
TIP:
The pressure can be adjusted individually. To release air, simply insert the pump needle with the ball into the valve. You will feel resistance in the valve that you must pass. It is best to rest your forearm on the side opposite the valve to avoid damaging the Sitfit when pushing through the valve. Once you pass this “resistance,” the air can be adjusted very easily.
