By working the upper and lower body, you will develop core strength and stability, which are essential for overall good health and fitness. You can use Balance Pods with the flat side down for a more stable base or with the dome side down for a greater balance challenge. The raised rings provide traction and comfort for hands and feet. Integrate the Balance Pods with a BOSU® Ballast® Ball or any BOSU® Balance Trainer.

Returns & Cancellations
